We encourage you to plan a little extra time before your scheduled appointment to complete these documents.
For your initial visit, please also bring any recent diagnostic imaging, including x-rays, MRIs, and corresponding reports.

Q. Does Texas Spine and Sports Therapy Center accept Medicaid/Medicare?
A. Unfortunately at this time we don’t accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Q. I don’t have insurance, do you offer payment plans?
A. If insurance simply isn’t available for your treatments, consider talking with our patient liaison about working out a payment plan that’s mutually beneficial to you and Texas Spine and Sports Therapy Center.
